This role sits at the heart of our newly formed Product & Data function, working across our Identity and Charity divisions, including Legacy Futures, Smee & Ford and CharityTracker.
The role
Job Title: Data Insight Lead (Principal Analyst)
Hours: Full time
Location: Remote with regular travel to London. You must be UK based for this position
Salary: £80-85k depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP, to be discussed at interview

Why this role matters
This is a rare opportunity to:
- Be the senior authority on quantitative insight across a complex, data-rich business
- Lead and shape flagship insight and forecasting products used by some of the UK’s best-known charities
- Influence strategy, product development and commercial decisions through judgement-led analysis
- Act as a credible external voice for MiExact with senior clients and the wider sector
It’s a role for someone who cares deeply about analytical integrity, is comfortable with complexity, and enjoys seeing insight used in the real world.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in quantitative analysis, forecasting and segmentation
- Experience with SQL, Databricks, and all the plumbing that makes a modern data stack actually work, as well as strong legacy tech experience (SPSS, SAS, Tableau etc)
- Strong analytical judgement not just technical execution
- Strong communicator, confident presenting complex insight to senior, non-technical audiences
- The credibility to challenge assumptions and raise standards
- A collaborative leadership style, able to coach and develop others
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
Sector experience (charity, financial services or regulated environments) is helpful, but not essential. How you think matters more than where you’ve worked.
